WIAW ( tuesday )

Here we are again!!

I think it is time I count how many WIAW’s that I have participated in! πŸ™‚

I realize that I need to photograph more of my snacks..
and just meals in general…

Soo…

This week of WIAW consists of my day yesterday…

Breakfast
My breakfast Wrap.. πŸ™‚
** If you haven’t tried it, I would suggest it..
It really holds me over for a good 4 hours**
I also had my almond milk with coffee! πŸ™‚

Snack Before Workout
*I had a mojo cliff bar
(The sweet and salty trail mix bar to be exact! πŸ™‚
AND a delicious Pear! πŸ™‚
I did not take a picture…

Lunch
WAS DIFFERENT for once! πŸ™‚
I made a yummy sandwich with ham, cheese, lettuce and some Olive oil Mayo and pepper!
I told you I wanted to change it up!
I have also been rotating eggs into my lunches!

Dessert after lunch = mini hersheys!

Dinner
I made Tater Tot Casserole with Turkey meat and lots of veggies!
