This morning, among many others my alarm went off a little before 6. Time to get up for the gym!
Did I really just sleep for 8 hours?
I think it wasn’t enough… Sleep is more important right?
But i got 8 hours… that is well over enough…
Hit the snooze for 5 minutes…no don’t!
I will feel soo good after I go… Yes. That is all going on in my head for the first minute of my day!
But..I go EVERY DAY..except my day off! 🙂
How do I overcome the thoughts in the am?
I remind myself…..
1. I have more energy when I go
2. I feel good about my body
3. I appreciate and preach the health benefits
4. I have NO really good reason to not go..except for mme wanting to be lazy.
5. I know its just worth it to go 🙂
I thought I would bring this up because everyone always tells me how dedicated I am to working out…but even people who are dedicated can find reasons to not want to go….but it really is mind over matter! Just remind yourself…you will feeeel soooooo much better! 🙂
I made it to the gym again this morning..as every day it was a minute of confusing thoughts but the positive outcomes made me go..and I always remind myself that its not really an option! 🙂 Do you do this in the morning? I’m pretty sure its not just me, right?
