so.. this breakfast is from sunday! 🙂
Keith and I headed out for a pretty good hike with a few friends.. (like I talked about sunday)
and so we prepared for this with a great breakfast!
Keith ran to the store to get some yummy freshly made whole wheat bread…(it was still warm when he got back)
Chopped up some berries, bananas,,, and nutella and had some WONDERFUL french toast! 🙂
Lovin the clif bars… 🙂
They are a great snack b4 a workout and calorie dense so my body can have some ENERGY to run like the wind! 🙂
Lunch time after workout on my way to work is ALSO delightful! 🙂
Venison sandwich, veggies with the LOVELY dip courtesy of costco, and some fruits mixed with cranberry relish! 🙂
Now, thats what I call a lunch! YUM!!! ESPECIALLY sandwich’s on english muffins!
Swai fish with cabbage, a steak with succotash and israeli couscous, and a YUMMY whole wheat pizza with peppers, onions, artichokes, parm cheese, vodka tomato sauce by Wolfgang Puck (YUM) and some ham! Random pizza…. but thats all we had in the house! 🙂 Wouldn’t change it though! 🙂

p.s… if anyone buys this dip from costco, let me know because I am curious as to what you think.. I think it is PHENOMENAL! 🙂
