Back again with a great WIAW… and a SUNDAY breakfast due to the fact that my breakfast is the same during the week.. I know.. I NEED to change it but I just cant… once you eat this you cant change it!

Snack = granola bar and one of the bowls below of veggies/fruits!
I have to start packing my lunch because I no longer get to come home for lunch in between working out and work. I am getting more hours as I accepted a position with the summer admin team so I go straight from the gym to work! 🙂 More money honey! 🙂 .. but a CRAZZY day!
Carrots… grapes…bell peppers…apple… Yum! AND.. i made a feta cheese yogurt combo dip for my veggies!
My Sammy = 1 fried egg with a broken yolk, ham, spinach and a little EVOO mayo. Delish! IT is what is on the menu today too!
Snack at work = handful of quaker oatmeal squares AND some dried cherries!
My grandmas sweet and sour cabbage! YES, I made it again.. but it is great to have in the fridge for a veggie for dinner! 🙂 AND… it is a yummy winter dish! Try it if you haven’t! Check out my recipe link for it! 🙂
and… My Mama’s hot tamales (sloppy joes) recipe! YUM! Especially on an english muffin! This dinner felt very homey… and keith LOVED it! 🙂 YAy! (recipe to come sooon)
Dessert = 3 un-pictured milk duds from Keith’s clue on our date! 🙂
