Thanks to Katie over at CCK (Click ME)… I was able to make this delicious treat for my Love and I after our body pump/run on sunday!

What you need….

  • Oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey/agave/syrup/brown sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Applesauce
  • raisins/nuts/etc
  • Milk/almond milk/cream etc.
  • Mix it all up and bake it in the oven!! –> For the exact measurements click on the link above! 🙂 Visit Katie! I always do!

I added my own little touch…
Raspberry icing
*Powdered sugar
*Vanilla almond milk
*Plain Yogurt
*Raspberries
A little bit of each and to your own liking/sweetness

and with a little vanilla almond milk with coffee you have a divine breakfast!

Try it! I promise it is soo delicious! I really wanted to try Katies icing but didn’t have any of the main ingredients! 🙂
